The short version
We hold your account details and operational telemetry about your workspace. We cannot read what is in your memory store, because it is sealed with keys we do not hold. We do not sell anything, we do not train on your content, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Who we are
Memorie is operated by Memorie Labs, a company founded and run by Zishan Sami. For anything on this page, write to privacy@usememorie.xyz. We are pre-incorporation in some jurisdictions and will publish the registered entity and address here once that is settled, rather than listing one that does not exist yet.
What we collect
Account data. Your name, work email and, on paid plans, a billing contact. Card details go to our payment processor and never reach us.
Operational telemetry. Request counts, store size, retrieval latency and error rates, tied to a workspace. This is how we keep the service up and bill usage accurately.
Website analytics. Aggregate page views and referrers. No advertising pixels and no cross-site tracking.
What we deliberately cannot collect
The contents of your memory store. Objects are sealed before they leave your process and we hold only ciphertext. We can tell you how large a store is and how often it is queried. We cannot tell you, or anyone else, what is in it. That includes under a subpoena, which is the actual reason the architecture works this way.
Why we collect it
To run the service, bill for usage, keep it available, and answer support requests. Nothing else. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use customer content to train models, ours or anyone else’s.
Who else touches your data
Cloud hosting, a payment processor and an email provider, each doing one job under contract. We will name them on request. We do not add a processor without updating this page.
How long we keep it
Telemetry, 90 days. Account records, for as long as the account is open and afterwards only where tax or accounting law requires it. Memory stores are deleted within 30 days of a workspace being closed, and you can hard delete a namespace at any time from the SDK.
Your rights
Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@usememorie.xyz and we will respond within 30 days. You do not need to be a paying customer to ask.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The app sets one session cookie so you stay logged in. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will email account holders rather than quietly editing the date at the top.
